4-8 days before closing, schedule the termination/transfer of your utilities.
1-2 days before closing, we’ll receive a settlement statement to review our closing numbers.
Closing and Funding! Keep in mind, closing is when we sign the documents. Funding is when you receive the money from the sale. Typically they happen the same day. These documents will be notarized so please bring your drivers license or valid passport.
